Founder Lachlan Huf is a licensed electrician and instrumentation technician with years of hands-on experience across heavy industrial, food and beverage, quarry operations, automation and battery energy storage. From wiring ABB robotic systems and building BESS control rooms, to large-scale battery and solar installations, leading production-line upgrades, and working to hazardous-area standards a kilometre underground at the Stawell physics lab, it’s a background grounded in complex, high-stakes electrical work.
That same standard now goes into every solar, battery and off-grid system HES installs. When you understand switchboards, protection, control systems and power distribution at an industrial level, home and commercial energy systems are done to a different standard — and that’s exactly the point.
